Executive Airport Transportation

Scheduled transfers between the airport and your home, hotel or office, with your flight watched by flight number and a driver who is already there when you land.

Where airport pickups usually go wrong

Most airport rides fail in the gaps nobody planned for. A flight lands forty minutes early and the car is still on the freeway. A gate change sends the arrival to another terminal. Checked bags take an hour to reach the carousel and the driver has already been waved on by a traffic officer. Each one is small, and together they are why a ride that looked easy on paper turns into a phone call from the curb.

A pickup that is booked against the clock instead of the aircraft has no way to adapt. That is the whole reason Shelly Castle asks for your flight number when you book, not just a time. The time is a guess. The flight number tells her what the plane is actually doing.

The other quiet failure is the arrival itself. Tired passengers with heavy bags do not want to hunt for a car in a crowded pickup lane, and a guest who is flying in to be hosted should not have to. The point of a chauffeured transfer is that the hard part, finding each other, is already handled.

How a pickup runs, from booking to the curb

Every airport transfer starts with a call or text to (832) 269-3796. Share the date, the airline and flight number, the pickup or drop-off address and how many people are riding. Shelly confirms a fixed rate by phone before anything is charged, so the number you hear is the number you pay.

On the day, your flight is monitored by flight number, which means an early landing or a long delay moves the pickup instead of stranding it. Luggage assistance is part of the service, and a scheduled return can be booked in the same call, so the ride home from the airport is not a separate scramble when the trip ends. Service runs between airports and homes, hotels, offices and residences across Greater Houston from Spring, including IAH and Hobby.

The same transfer works for private aviation and FBO arrivals, for VIP guests who need a quiet handoff, and for trips with more than one stop. Multiple pickups are quoted as a custom trip, so give Shelly every address up front and the route is planned around them. The black SUV seats six to eight with room for three to five full-size suitcases, and the fleet page lists what each vehicle carries if you are traveling with a lot of bags.

The terms, in plain numbers

A few figures are published, and they are worth knowing before you book. Waiting beyond the standard window at the airport is $50 per hour. A car seat or booster seat is $75 per seat and has to be requested in advance, and you are welcome to bring your own. Everything else, the transfer itself included, is quoted by phone at a fixed rate.

To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due no later than one week before the scheduled service, and all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If your travel plans change, call or text as early as you can: a ride can be rescheduled, subject to availability.

If Shelly is unavailable on your date, a trusted partner covers the pickup so the booking is not left to chance. Payment is by card, bank transfer or Zelle, and cash is not accepted.
