Private and Long-distance Transportation

One-way, round-trip, day trips and overnight travel from Houston to anywhere in Texas, with a driver behind the wheel and you free to rest, work or talk.

The routes Texas actually asks for

Long-distance rides out of Greater Houston tend to follow the same few roads. Austin for a hearing, a game or a family weekend. Dallas for business that will not fit in a morning. San Antonio for a wedding or a Riverwalk getaway, College Station for a Texas A&M weekend and Beaumont for the run east. All five are cities Impeccable Rideshare already serves, and Shelly takes other Texas destinations by request.

Driving yourself on those roads is the cost nobody counts. The hours are real, the fatigue is real, and the trip you meant to enjoy becomes a shift. Handing the wheel to a chauffeur turns the same miles into time you can use: on a call, on a laptop, or simply on the people you are riding with.

Shelly's own vehicle seats up to eight, and for larger groups she arranges additional vehicles, so a long trip does not have to split a family across two cars.

One way, round trip, day trip or overnight

The format follows the plan. A one-way ride takes you to a destination and ends there, which suits a pickup at a Houston address and a drop-off at a hotel across the state. A round trip keeps the same driver on call for the return. A day trip goes out and back on the same date, and an overnight trip stays with your itinerary across two days.

Airport transfers also belong here when the airport is in another city. A flight out of Austin or Dallas can start from your door in Houston, and the ride is handled as a long-distance trip, not a short hop. Your flight is monitored by flight number the same way as any airport pickup, and luggage assistance is part of the ride.

Tell Shelly the date, the starting address, the destination and how many are riding. If there are stops along the way, share them all in the first call, and the route is planned around them. Multiple pickups and extra stops are quoted as a custom trip.

Quoting, deposits and what changes the price

There is no public rate card for long-distance travel, because distance, timing, waiting and the number of stops all change the answer. Call or text (832) 269-3796 and Shelly confirms a fixed rate by phone before you pay anything. Hourly hire is a low, flat rate quoted the same way, which can suit a day trip with long waits.

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due no later than one week before the scheduled service, and all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Payment is by card, bank transfer or Zelle. A car or booster seat is $75 per seat, requested in advance, and extended airport waits are $50 per hour.

If you are unsure which format fits, describe the plan and ask. The line is open 24 hours a day, and the cities served are laid out on the service area page.
