The questions Shelly hears most, answered plainly: what the deposit is, what happens when a flight runs late, who can ride, and how to pay. If your question is not here, call or text (832) 269-3796 any hour of the day.
Use the ride request form, which takes under two minutes, or call or text (832) 269-3796. Share your date, time, pickup, drop-off and passenger count and Shelly confirms a fixed rate.
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than one week before your service or event. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
Shelly's own vehicle seats up to 8 comfortably. For weddings and larger groups she arranges additional vehicles, including party buses for 15 to 40 or more, Sprinter vans for 12 to 15 and charter buses for 30 to 60 or more.
Call or text with any change. Your flight is monitored by flight number. Extended waits beyond the standard window are $50 per hour, and if the schedule changes completely the pickup can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Yes. Car seats and booster seats are $75 per seat and need to be requested in advance. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Yes. Hourly hire is a low, flat rate quoted by phone. Call (832) 269-3796 with the hours you need.
Yes. Multiple pickups are quoted as a custom trip. Share every address when you request your ride.
Vehicles are inspected regularly and before service, routes are GPS-planned, and every trip follows Texas traffic law. Safety comes before schedule on every ride.

Credit or debit card (Amex, Discover, Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer or Zelle. Cash is not accepted.
