Getting To and From IAH Without the Scramble
A few small decisions made before you leave home decide whether the IAH curb is calm or chaotic.

George Bush Intercontinental is a big airport, and big airports reward people who arrive with a plan. Most airport stress isn't the flight. It's the logistics on either side of it: who is picking up, where, when, and what happens if any of that changes.
This guide is about taking those unknowns off your plate. Everything below is general travel sense plus how Impeccable Rideshare handles airport transfers, so you can use the first half anywhere and the second half when you book with her.
Start with the facts your driver needs
For a pickup, the most important detail is your flight number. With it, Impeccable Rideshare monitors your flight, so a delay, an early landing or a gate change doesn't leave you waiting on a curb while your driver sits in a lot wondering where you are.
For a drop-off, tell her how many people are riding and how many bags you have. A family of four with four checked bags is a different ride than two people with carry-ons, and it is much easier to plan for that on the phone than at the curb.
- Flight number and airline, for pickups.
- Number of riders, including kids.
- Rough bag count, and anything oversized such as golf clubs or a stroller.
- Whether you need a car or booster seat. Those are $75 per seat, requested ahead.
- Any extra stops, such as a second pickup. Multiple pickups are a custom quote.
Pack for the curb, not for the car
Packing light is the oldest advice in travel, and it holds. The curb is the one place where you move your own bags quickly, in a crowd, with other cars waiting behind you. Keep your passport, boarding pass, phone and wallet in one pocket or one small bag you never put down.
If you can't pack light, plan the loading. Tell your driver ahead of time so the right vehicle shows up. Luggage assistance is part of her airport service, which means you aren't wrestling a heavy suitcase into a trunk alone.
When the flight doesn't run on time
Delays happen. What matters is what your ride does when they do. If your flight changes, call or text and the pickup can be rescheduled, subject to availability. Because she monitors by flight number, she often knows about the change before you've had time to tell her.
One thing to understand up front: waits at the airport beyond the standard window are billed at $50 per hour. Luggage delays at baggage claim can add time too. It isn't a penalty, just the cost of a driver holding their schedule open for you, and it's better to hear it at booking than at drop-off.
Late nights and early mornings
Flights don't keep office hours, and neither does Impeccable Rideshare. She is open 24 hours, Monday through Sunday. That matters for the red-eye arrival at the end of a long trip or the pre-dawn departure when you'd rather not gamble on whether a car will be available.
Traveling as a group or with VIP guests
Her own vehicle seats up to 8 people. For larger groups, such as a family reunion arriving on different flights or a team landing together, additional vehicles can be arranged. Her airport service also covers private aviation and FBO transport and VIP guest pickups, so executives and guests flying in on their own schedules are covered too.
If several people are landing at different times, say so at booking. Multiple pickups are quoted case by case, and it is far smoother to build the plan before anyone boards than to improvise at arrivals.
Payment, simply
A 50% deposit holds your ride, and the remaining balance is due one week before your trip. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable, so book when your dates are firm. She accepts cards, bank transfer and Zelle. Cash isn't accepted.
A simple checklist for the day of
Send your driver the same details twice: once at booking, and again the morning of travel if anything changed. Keep your phone charged, keep the driver's number saved, and keep your bags where you can see them.
After a long flight, the best thing you can do for yourself is have the ride handled. A quiet car, a driver who already knows your flight and nothing left to decide is a good way to end a trip.
